Assessment & Development Center: It covers the services provided to obtain comprehensive and objective information about the current and potential competencies of employees, to reveal the behaviour models that bring success in the current / targeted role and to identify development needs for more effective business performance.

Although each Assessment and Development Center Projects carries different purposes; the strategy, cultural structure, organizational dynamics and human resources of each institution are unique. Therefore, a comprehensive needs analysis is one of the most important factors affecting the success of the project.

Afterwards, a specific project plan is developed for corporate needs. Our approach is conducting a structured but also flexible assessment and development process according to the organization / person. Assessment Center includes tools such as case studies, role play, simulation, competency based interview, 360 degree evaluation and inventories designed according to corporate culture and position competencies.

The outputs, obtained at the end of the Assessment Center studies, determine the development areas of the employees and support their development through training, individual and / or team coaching services.
