Dilek Gumuslu
She graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School and METU Economics and started her business life as a Management Trainee at Garanti Bank. After three years of banking experience, she took part in Strategy, CRM, Process Structuring and Organizational Development projects at Andersen Management Consultancy. During the establishment of the private pension system, she managed different business units and teams at AvivaSa as CRM Program Manager and Corporate Projects and Distribution Channels Manager.

While living in Dubai, she continued her career with consultancy and business development projects. In 2012, when she returned to Turkey, she shifted her focus to a new field and assumed responsibility in many projects as a Consultant in international Odgers Berndtson and Transearch companies operating in the field of Executive Search and Leadership Development. She supported individuals and organisations in career planning, talent acquisition and management team / team assessment and development in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Assessment and Coaching projects with leading companies in the sectors of Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive and Telecom. Songül Sancaktar
After graduating from Vefa High School and UludaÄŸ University’s Business Administration Department, she completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (CPIM) and then received Finance Education at New York University.
During her overseas education, she worked as a Research Specialist at a Financial Research Institution related to her education. The analysis studies she conducted on the financial data of all international financial institutions were published in the journal published by the same research institution. After returning to Turkey, she worked in the fields of Sales and Export within an international company. She established Turkey’s first and only women’s radio station and carried out many socially-oriented projects through this radio station.

Since 2005, with the education and development programs she has received, she has worked as a Senior Consultant in conducting hundreds of Specialist, Mid-Level, and Senior-Level selection and placement projects, Assessment Center projects, Outplacement, Performance Management System studies, Organizational Change and Development projects, Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, Talent Pool creation, and Career Coaching in sectors such as Production, Telecommunications, Automotive, Media, Packaging, Technology, Logistics, and Energy.
